50 out of 70 participants reported that they are having heart issues due to their smoking addiction. This has been confirmed by a top cardiologist in India too. For your heart to function properly, blood flow needs to be seamless to your arteries that carry blood to your heart.

When smoking is constant, the chemicals present in the cigarette make a blockage to your veins by depositing clots. Once clots are deposited in your veins and arteries, your veins and arteries get narrowed which leads to heart failure and sudden death.

To mitigate this issue have foods that are rich in proteins and plenty of fruits and vegetables.

We know that candies, chocolates, and cakes can be tempting. Realize that though it may be super tempting you should not give yourself to temptation; instead, tell your mind that you have the power to resist it. Once your sugar intake is increased, your cholesterol gets increased simultaneously which deposits harmful fats in your bloodstream.

5. Try Not Thinking Too Much
